Early Work Mercantile

Happy June!!! I can't believe I am writing that but it is true. Even though the winter was long, were did the time go. We are still working in the garden and I haven't finished my spring cleaning. I even have weeds that still need pulling. Usually we have everything done before Memorial weekend. I am hoping to get everything finished in the next week.
I do not have an update tonight but I just wanted to let you know early work mercantile is no longer .com. The new address is
www.earlyworkmercantile.net . So if you were having problems finding E.W.M. that is the reason why. So if you have some time head on over and check out all the wonderful treasures being offered there.
Have a happy June my friends and God Bless,
Julie

Early Work Mercantile update tonight

WOW, It has been while since I have posted here. I am sorry for that. A lot of stuff going on here at home and so I haven't spent much time on line.

Tonight is the first of the months update at Early Work Mercantile for the month Of August. Miss Hetty above will be there and If you get chance pop on over for a visit she will love it. Hetty is my second hand carved wooden ( with a layer of clay around her head and shoulders) I am offering there. She was a lot of fun to make and we had much fun trying to pick out just the right piece of fabric. Hetty really is a humble little creature, but just a little fussy on the fabric. I wanted to go frilly frilly and she just would not go for that. I have to add might I think the lady was right.
I hope the summer has been enjoyable for most of you, have a wonderful evening and
God Bless,
Julie

March came in like a Lamb and is leaving us the same way.

Makes me giggle every time I think about it.

Everything is budding and blooming. I am loving every minute of it.

A Summer's End

Wow, I can't believe summer is official over with and Autumn has official arrived. I had so many things I had wanted to get done this past summer and I am not sure if I even got half of it done. We are currently working on the house and repairing all the windows in the upstairs. I am hoping to get the house primed before the cold sets in.

Tonight I have some wonderful ladies to offer at The Primitive Gathering and Early Work Mercantile. They are a salute to the end of summer. Creams and white, and with one lady having some soft overtones of Autumn.

If you get chance stop on in and chat with them for a while, and while you are there check out the offerings of all the other wonderful Artisans.

Happy Autumn and God Bless, I hope to be back blogging soon,

Julie

Mercantile. Tonight I am offering a Queen Anne inspired pumpkin lady. If you get a chance take a stroll on over and sit a spell and get a chance to meet her and check out all the other wonderful Artisan wares that are being offer there.

I hope this post finds everyone well. I have been busy working in the gardens and doing a lot of watering. We were blessed with two days of good rain last week, but I am back to watering everything again this week. I am praying for rain soon.

Well now that August is here, it is really hard not to think about Autumn. The turning color of the leaves, the cooler days, it makes me smile just to think about it.

I am wishing every one a wonderful and happy evening.
God Bless,
Julie

Coming to Early Work Mercantile

Here is a little peek of the little lady coming to Early Work Mercantile tonight. Her name is Hester and I hope you will join her there and check out all the other wonderful wares being offered there.

Today was a most lovely day here in Wisconsin. The sun was shining and it was a wonderful 48 degrees this aftrenoon. Today also was a day of reflection and memories for my sisiter and her family and all those who love them. It was eight years ago today my brother-in-law passed away by his own hand. We honor his memory and loved him well.

God Bless,

Julie
