Here is just a little peek of one of the ladies I am working on for my Valentines Day update. I will show more of the ladies as they get closer to getting done.
She is going to be so lovely! Thanks for encouraging me with Simba,he is doing alright now.I believe he fell from the bathroom sink where I have his dish so the dogs don`t get his food, in the seizure hurt his toe.He still is limping some, but is up & down off everything again. Can`t wait to see your finished doll, phylliso
Wow, what gorgeous eye's she has, i see tons of references , pictures and paintings with the Queen Anne style dolls in here in the UK. I make rag dolls and come up with a jointed pattern for a rag doll in their style, just need to be brave enough now lol, any advice? Keep these little treasures coming! RSx
I live in a very small town in Wisconsin, and I am married to a very understanding and patient man. We have made a life with each other in the home I grow up in as a little girl. We are in the process of renovating the old farmhouse with its many drafty windows in the winter (we are replacing, slow but surely).I love the memories here. All the baseball games, hide and seek, hockey in the winter time, and lots of ice skating, and so much more. I swear I can still smell the hot chocolate my mother made for us when we came in from ouside in the winter and the smell of a well stoke fire in the wood stove( my fathers job).We also are caretaker of many critters(Dogs, many cats, rabbits and a few goats). I will write more in my blogger about our hopes, dreams, and our life( along with all the dolls). Thank you for taking the time to look.May god bless you, Julie
